Wyndham Park Community Centre Guide
Wyndham Park Community Centre is a community-operated venue at 55–57 Kookaburra Avenue, Werribee. Wyndham City lists programs, community services and rooms for hire. Check the centre’s current schedule and contact it directly before visiting or booking, because activities and room availability can change.
What can visitors do there?
The council describes the centre as a place for learning, meeting and local activities. It also lists Wyndham Park Kindergarten, Wyndham Little Buddies Toy Library, Maternal and Child Health services and a community shed in the wider centre. These services may have their own eligibility, enrolment and opening arrangements. Contact the relevant provider for current details rather than assuming walk-in access.
How can you find an activity?
Start with the centre’s current program. Choose a class or group that fits your interests, age and schedule, then check fees, accessibility and whether a booking is needed. Timetables can change by term. The centre’s staff can explain how to enrol and what to bring.
Can a group hire a room?
Wyndham City lists community rooms, meeting rooms, a training room and a kitchen. The rooms suit activities such as meetings, workshops, training, playgroups and recreational programs. Capacity and equipment differ between spaces. The council directs room-hire enquiries to the centre’s own website, so ask the operator for current availability, fees, insurance conditions and any restrictions for your proposed activity. Wait for confirmation before advertising an event.
What about access and travel?
Use the Kookaburra Avenue address when planning a visit. The council lists accessible facilities and a baby change room, but ask the centre about the particular room and entrance you will use. Check transport and parking information before leaving, especially if you need a specific access feature.
A simple first visit
Look up one current program or service, confirm its time and booking rules, then arrive at the correct entrance. For room hire, send the centre a short enquiry with your date, group size and activity. Current operator information should take priority over a general guide.
